Welcome to our IoT environmental sensor monitoring platform. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Our platform is provided to help you monitor temperature, humidity, and other environmental readings from connected sensors. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account, including sensor registration and the configuration of your devices.
Sensors are delivered to you based on trust. You may order sensors only after successful account registration.
As a new customer, you may order up to three sensors initially. Sensor hardware is invoiced at EUR 5 each (one-time) after you have received the sensors and activated them on the platform by creating a sensor profile, sensor ID, and API key.
A monthly subscription fee of EUR 3 per active sensor will be activated when the first sensor data is received from that device.
The service displays sensor readings transmitted from your devices. You are responsible for installing, maintaining, and operating your sensors correctly. Sensor data may be affected by placement, environmental conditions, network connectivity, and the condition of the hardware.
These sensors are intended for indoor use only. Do not use them outdoors or in environments for which they are not designed.
The platform is intended for informational monitoring purposes only. It is your responsibility to verify critical conditions independently and to use the data in accordance with applicable safety and regulatory requirements.
You may upload files or configuration data as part of your use of the service. You must ensure that such content complies with applicable laws and does not contain prohibited, illegal, offensive, or harmful material. We may remove content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our discretion.
All intellectual property rights in the platform and its content (excluding user-uploaded content) remain with the provider or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the platform content without permission.
We strive to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network issues, or other conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions or delays.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or inability to use the service, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the service. Protect your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
